Once you know which posts you are going to send you need to consider how often to send them. You get 12 pushes per month so try to spread them out, this will keep your followers engaged but not overwhelm them with too many notifications.

To send one simply login to your account, go to "Manage Posts" in the dropdown menu, find the post you want to send and click "Boost".
