You can message businesses directly to find out further information or to ask them questions about their Deals, Promotions, Events and Competitions.
Once you have asked them a question it will appear in their inbox and they will attempt to reply as quickly as possible.
Sending them a message is easy just follow the steps below:
On their post click on the business name, this will take you to their business page
On the right-hand side, there is a button called 'Launch Chat'. Click it
A pop-up box will now appear saying 'Start typing your message...'
Click in the box and start your message
When you have finished click 'Send'
When the business does reply you can view their message in your inbox:
Click the drop-down menu (top right)
You should now see a notification next to 'My Messages'
3. Click it and it will take you to your inbox this is where all your conversations are displayed.
4. Click the conversation to display the message, giving you the option to reply back again.
